Every great legacy begins with a story of relentless hard work. Pradip Nalawade started his journey as a simple farmer’s boy who moved to Pune with nothing but big career aspirations. To build his future, he balanced grueling days working at Pune Mandai with exhausting nights pursuing a Polytechnic diploma.

In 1980, he took his LIC agency, completely clueless about the complex mechanics of the insurance industry. For a time, as he took up a role at Bajaj Auto, his insurance dreams stayed on the back burner. But true callings cannot be ignored. In 1995, Pradip shifted his focal energy back to insurance and the trajectory of his life changed forever.

By 1998, he qualified for his very first Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) the highest global benchmark in insurance sales. He never looked back. In 2003, he established the first exclusive independent office for an LIC agent in Pune.
In 2013, he resigned from Bajaj Auto to commit 100% of his focus to insurance consultancy.

Developing a hyper-specialized expertise in Keyman Insurance, Corporate Risk, and Employer-Employee schemes, Pradip has earned immense goodwill. Today, he is widely respected for mentoring his peers to achieve global heights and has proudly attended every single international MDRT conference since the year 2000, standing as a flag bearer at the 2018 global meet.
