If Pradip is the vision of NIC, Sujata is the wind beneath its wings. A B.Com graduate from Nashik, Sujata came to Pune after her marriage in 1987. From day one, she chose to believe in her husband’s wildest professional dreams, granting him the absolute strength to take bold leaps.

A natural hustler with an inherent problem-solving attitude, Sujata realized that for Sales to thrive, Operations had to be bulletproof. She took complete charge of the agency’s back-end administration, compliance, and post-sale service. Because of her flawless execution, the front-end team could step out of the office to meet clients without a single worry.

Sujata’s brilliance isn’t just operational; she is a powerhouse producer in her own right. She qualified for the prestigious MDRT in the year 2000. By 2003, both Pradip and Sujata made history as the very first couple from Pune to simultaneously qualify for the MDRT and attend the international conference together. Today, she continues to lead office administration and manage the staff with a steady, nurturing hand.
